The Barrix Family has been in the New Home Building industry since 1970. Hal Barrix Sr built and sold homes all over the state of Texas, from San Antonio to Houston and finally settling in the DFW area in 1980. Both of his sons Kenny Lee Barrix and Hal Barrix Jr grew up in the industry learning from their father all they could until it was time to go out on their own. Kenny has built over 1500 new homes including several hundred high end custom homes in The DFW area.
In 2018 Kenny’s son Dakota Barrix moved to the DFW area after completing his degree in Marketing at UNLV to join with his father in the new home building industry and is now supervising the construction of several new home projects as well as buying, remodeling and re selling existing homes in the North Texas area. Kenny lee and Dakota along with Kennys wife Kelli have continued to build on the legacy of his father with integrity and honesty.
